POLISHED CONCRETE

Polished concrete is an exclusive diamond polish process creating a high gloss finish without the use of film coat sealers. It is extremely low maintenance, durable and hard-wearing flooring which does not easily chip or dent. It will not fade, warp or deteriorate from the sun. Due to its seamless abilities without tiled grout lines it will repel dust, dirt and bacteria which improves hygiene whilst easy to maintain in a clean allergy free environment for your property. Polished concrete is naturally resistant to stains, completely fire retardant and non-toxic. For outdoor or wet areas an anti-slip coating can be applied for additional stability. When installing a new concrete slab, there are a variety of different colours and types of aggregate that can be chosen for the concrete mix. Dyes or oxides can also be used to alter the existing or new concrete floor. A polished concrete floor is far more cost effective, especially in the long term when compared to other traditional floor coverings as its life expectancy is higher and it will not need to be repaired as often as other floor coverings that deteriorate.

Colour flake creates the new look of Terrazzo or Granite, it is very versatile, durable, elegant, economical, seamless and easy to clean. Colour flake is the latest trend hitting the floors of Las Vegas, and can handle the wear from the 18 million visitors they get each year and comes in a variety of colours. This product can be used on existing concrete flooring and can be carried from inside a building using a smooth epoxy finish to outside of the building on footpaths with a rougher finish. Typical uses include Garage floors, Cafeterias, showrooms and any space Inside and outside of any commercial or residential property.

CHROMA QUARTZ

Chroma quartz is a high-impact industrial grade flooring system with decorative flair. It is an integration of coloured quartz crystals and industrial epoxy floor resin that results in a truly, ultra-hard “seamless blanket of colour”. Chroma quartz is uniform, low maintenance, incredibly hard, durable, impervious and long lasting. Its seamless cove base is resistant to hydrocarbons, greases, acids and a wide range of chemicals and solvents. Typical use of this product is Fire stations, Restrooms, Retails stores, hospitals, Garages, Commercial Kitchens.
