As we are known today, began with Keith obtaining his general builders licence in 1984.

He then spent sixteen years building an average of 10 homes a year working on the tools himself as a carpenter.

With the exception of a short stint constructing 'spec' homes in Kalgoorlie W.A. Keith performed all of his building work in and around Port Lincoln and the Eyre Peninsula.

In 2000, Keith brought to the region a building service that was not previously available.

A service where you, the client, could walk in and choose from a range of professionally designed plans, and sign a guaranteed fixed price contract.

In the first two years of operation Keith recruited two local builders, Wayne Goodwin and Chad Morton into the business to become company shareholders and managers.

This assisted our company to grow rapidly, and led to expansion into Roxby Downs and Whyalla, complete with new offices and full time staff.

Keith Daniels Homes now proudly builds around 120 homes each year.
